MINISO USA Return Policy


Effective Date: December 4, 2025 (Policy last revised: March 26, 2026)

 

At Miniso USA, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer direct exchanges, we may accept returns for NEW, UNUSED, UNOPENED or DEFECTIVE merchandise purchased in Miniso USA Stores with the original receipt. Miniso USA reserves the right to limit or deny any returns.


Returns:

  • Returns may be accepted within SEVEN (7) days of purchase with original purchase receipt. Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt.

  • Items must be in original condition with labels, tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that credit and debit card refunds may take 3–10 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your financial institution.

  • Returns must be processed at the original store of purchase, with receipt. For defective merchandise, see below.


Defective Merchandise:

  • Defective items may be returned within SEVEN (7) days of purchase, even if opened.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that credit and debit card refunds may take 3–10 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your financial institution.

  • Returns must be processed at the original store of purchase, with receipt.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Cosmetics, undergarments, and jewelry are excluded from our return policy due to health and safety concerns, even if unopened.

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale, promotional items or clearance items (when clearly marked as such at time of purchase).

  • Items presented without an original receipt. Store credit may be offered at a manager’s discretion subject to valid government-issued photo ID verification and availability of purchase records in our system.

  • MINISO REWARDS points used for cash rewards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This designation will be disclosed at the point of redemption on-screen and on your receipt.


Exchanges: 

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and make a new purchase.


Important Information:

  • Original receipt required for all returns.

  • In-store cash refunds are processed at the time of return. Credit and debit card refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • This policy does not limit or waive your rights under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws, including implied warranty rights and protections under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and Unfair Competition Law (UCL) where applicable.

  • This policy applies to in-store purchases only.
