New, unused or defective merchandise purchased in Miniso stores may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase at the original store. Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition, packaging, tags, and labels.

Online orders could be returned by mail within 7 days. You will be required to pay the return shipping and 5% restocking fee if the product(s) returned due to personal preferences.
