MINISO USA Return Policy

At Miniso USA, customer satisfaction is important to us, although we do not accept any exchanges, we may accept returns for NEW, UNUSED, UNOPENED or DEFECTIVE merchandise purchased in Miniso USA Stores with the original receipt. Miniso USA reserves the right to limit or deny any returns or exchanges.
Please review our return policy as follows:
Returns:
Returns may be accepted within SEVEN (7) days of purchase with original purchase receipt. Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt.
Items must be in original condition with labels, tags attached and packaging intact.
Refunds will be issued to original payment method.
Returns will be accepted at the ORIGINAL STORE WITH RECEIPT.
Defective Merchandise:
Defective items may be returned within SEVEN (7) days of purchase, even if opened.
Please bring the item with your original receipt to any store location.
Full refund will be issued to original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
Cosmetics, undergarments, and jewelry are excluded from our return and exchange policy due to health and safety concerns.
Gift cards.
Final sale, promotional items or clearance items (when clearly marked as such at time of purchase).
Items without original receipt (store credit may be offered at manager's discretion).

MINISO REWARDS points for cash rewards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and make a new purchase.
