Do I need to have a background in retail?
A minimum of 5 years of retail experience is preferred; however, it is not a requirement for franchisees.

Who is responsible for inventory?
If the franchise target market qualifies for our consignment model, MINISO will supply inventory tailored to your local market. If the franchise target market qualifies for our buy out model, the investor has the freedom of allocating their inventory without a merchandise deposit.
Is financing available?
MINISO does not provide a franchisor financing program. Financing is available through a 3rd party.

We strive to restock popular items as quickly as possible. While we do our best to bring fan-favorite products back in stock, we may not always have exact restock timelines available. Availability can also vary by store, so an item that’s sold out at one location may still be found at another.

As a MINISO Rewards Member, you can receive an exclusive birthday reward (with any purchase) in-store during your birthday month.

Log in to the Member Portal and update your birthday.
Activate the reward during your birthday month.
Visit a store during your birthday month and redeem at checkout.
How can I check to see if I have any offers or points?

Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire a year after redemption. You can access more information on your points in the Member Portal.
Can I transfer or gift my points?
Unfortunately, points are non-transferable and cannot be gifted to another account.
How do I redeem my rewards?
You can redeem your rewards in-store at checkout!
Provide the phone number or email associated with your membership at checkout, and our team will apply any available rewards or discounts to your total. Please note that rewards can only be redeemed in-store at participating MINISO USA locations. Some rewards may require activation within the Membership Portal.
