Funmaker x Miniso Launch Event Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and organized experience for all attendees, customers and participants of this private event must adhere to the following rules and guidelines:
1. Event Access & Wristbands
• Entry to the event is strictly limited to attendees with an official wristband.
• Wristbands must be purchased in advance for $100 each, starting February 28th at 4:00 PM, while supplies last.
• Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn at all times during the event.
• Miniso USA is not responsible for any issues related to wristband sales, distribution, or availability, as these are solely handled by Funmaker.
2. Store Closure & Product Availability
• The store will be closed to the public on March 1st at 4:00 PM for the remainder of the day.
• Event-exclusive giveaway items cannot be purchased after the event.
• Figures included in the launchbox will be available for public purchase post-event.
• No additional Miniso products will be available for purchase during the event.
3. Conduct & Behavior
• All attendees must behave respectfully towards staff, security personnel, and other guests.
• Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal from the event.
• Damage to store property, displays, or event materials is strictly prohibited and may result in liability for damages.
• Unauthorized resale or duplication of wristbands is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
4. Security & Safety
• Event Security will be provided by security arranged by Funmaker.
• Attendees must comply with all security checks and instructions from event staff.
• Any suspicious or unsafe behavior should be reported to event security immediately.
• Funmaker has procured accident insurance for the event; however, attendees participate at their own risk. Miniso USA assumes no responsibility for injuries, lost items, or other liabilities.
5. Compliance & Enforcement
• Violation of these rules may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund.
• Miniso USA and Funmaker reserves the right to modify event policies and enforce these rules as needed.
By purchasing a wristband and attending the event, customers agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
